who is best owner operator company for truck drivers?

I am a cdl class A driver. I am interested in becoming an owner operator in the refrigerated transport business, I want the best opinion on: Who offers best mentoring for success? Who has the best lease-purchase program? Who treats OO’s the best?

“What company is the best?” In many cases that is a matter of opinion. I have a friend who loves the company he is driving for, but he has 6 or 7 stops for each load. I don’t like to drive like that. I prefer a long load, with only 1 or 2 stops.
